Pancakes and Waffles -
Stuffed French Toast

INGREDIENTS |
- 8 slices white bread

1/4 cup cream cheese
-
1/4 cup strawberry fruit spread

2 eggs
-
2 tablespoons milk
-
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS |
Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese on each slice of bread. Spread 1 teaspoon fruit spread over top of each slice. Put bread together to form four sandwiches. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, and vanilla. Beat well with a fork. Spray griddle or large skillet with butter-flavored cooking spray. Dip each sandwich in egg mixture, coating both sides evenly. Place on griddle and cook for two to three minutes on each side until golden brown. |
