Broccoli Cornbread

INGREDIENTS |
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine

8 ounces cottage cheese

1 medium onion, chopped

4 eggs
-
1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Melt butter in a 9-x-13-inch glass dish. Combine all other ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown. |
