Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix

Instructions


Melt butter in a 9-x-13-inch glass dish. Combine all other ingredients and pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
