Simple Salmon in Foil

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 pounds Salmon fillets

1 tablespoon oil
-
½ lemon
-
Coarse sea salt, to taste
-
Black pepper, to taste
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Line sheet pan with foil. Lay fillets close but not touching. Drizzle with oil. Squeeze lemon over the top; season with salt and pepper. Cover with more foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with a Greek salad with vinaigrette dressing. |
