Simple Salmon in Foil

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ½ lemon
  • Coarse sea salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions


Line sheet pan with foil. Lay fillets close but not touching. Drizzle with oil. Squeeze lemon over the top; season with salt and pepper. Cover with more foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with a Greek salad with vinaigrette dressing.
