INGREDIENTS |
- 12 ounces jumbo crab meat

12 ounces lump crab meat

4 tablespoons melted butter

4 tablespoons chopped scallions

1½ tablespoons chopped parsley

1½ tablespoons chopped dill

1½ teaspoons lemon zest

and juice

1½ teaspoons salt
-
1½ teaspoons hot sauce

3 eggs, beaten

2¼ cups Panko bread crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix all ingredients together and chill. Form in puck shapes. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side. Preheat oven to 375ยบ and bake for 10 minutes. |
