Best-Ever Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces jumbo crab meat
  • 12 ounces lump crab meat
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 1½ tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1½ tablespoons chopped dill
  • 1½ teaspoons lemon zest
  • and juice
  • 1½ teaspoons salt
  • 1½ teaspoons hot sauce
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2¼ cups Panko bread crumbs
  • Instructions


    Mix all ingredients together and chill. Form in puck shapes. Cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side. Preheat oven to 375º and bake for 10 minutes.
