Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 box yellow cake mix

11/3 cups water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs
-
2 cups quick-cooking oats
-
1 cup raisins
-
11/2 teaspoons cinnamon

| INSTRUCTIONS |
Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper muffin cups. Mix together cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and quick-cooking oats in large bowl until well blended. Stir in raisins and cinnamon. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter. Bake until they
are brown as desired. |
