Oatmeal Raisin Muffins

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 11/3 cups water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• 2 cups quick-cooking oats
• 1 cup raisins
• 11/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour muffin pan or use paper muffin cups. Mix

together cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and quick-cooking oats in large bowl until well blended. Stir in raisins and cinnamon. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter. Bake until they
are brown as desired.
