- 11/2 pounds chuck roast

1 cup celery, chopped

4 carrots, sliced round

2-3 medium potatoes, cubed

1 onion, sliced

1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs

1 No. 2 can tomatoes

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons minute tapioca

2-3 splashes Worcestershire sauce

Sprinkle of oregano

INSTRUCTIONS |
Do not brown meat. Layer ingredients in Dutch oven with tight-fitting lid. Add meat, celery, carrots, potatoes, onions, bread crumbs, tomatoes, salt, sugar, tapioca, and Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 350ยบ for 5-6 hours, stirring only once halfway through. |
