- 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice

1/2 cup sugar

Dash or salt

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 baked pie shell

3 bananas
-
Lemon juice
-
Whipped cream
-
Coconut and chopped nuts, optional

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix and cook crushed pineapple, sugar, salt, and cornstarch until thickened; cool. Slice bananas into baked pie shell; sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Spread pineapple mixture over bananas. Cover with whipped cream; sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts. |
