- 2 egg yolks

½ cup butter

1 teaspoon vinegar

½ teaspoon ground cloves

½ teaspoon cinnamon

½ teaspoon orange extract

2 egg whites

½ cup seeded raisins

½ cup pecans

1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked

INSTRUCTIONS |
Beat egg yolks until light. Add sugar and butter; cream together. Add vinegar, spices, and orange extract; mix well. Beat egg whites until stiff; add to mixture. Fold in raisins and nuts. Pour in pie shell. Bake at 350ยบ for 30-35 minutes. |
