Basted Pork Roast

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (3-pound) pork roast

1 cup pineapple juice

1 tablespoon brown sugar

2/3 cup honey
-
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon mustard

INSTRUCTIONS |
Place roast in a deep baking dish. Poke holes in roast with a fork. Combine juice, sugar, honey, salt, pepper, and mustard; mix well. Pour over roast. Cook at 350ยบ basting occasionally until meat is done and tender. |
