Basted Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 (3-pound) pork roast
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions


Place roast in a deep baking dish. Poke holes in roast with a fork. Combine juice,
sugar, honey, salt, pepper, and mustard; mix well. Pour over roast. Cook at 350ยบ basting occasionally until meat is done and tender.
