Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa

INGREDIENTS |
- 3 cups watermelon, seeded and chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon green onion, chopped

1 to 2 tablespoons jalapeño pepper, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Yield: 3 cups.
Serving tips: Serve on sliced oranges, cheese-filled manicotti, corn, or potato chips. You can even top 1 cup sour cream with 1 cup salsa and serve with chips. |
