Kielbasa Kabobs

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 Polska or turkey kielbasa ring

1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained; reserve juice

1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks

1 (8-ounce) package whole mushrooms

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil

1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon crushed garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder

INSTRUCTIONS |
unks. Add pineapple, pepper chunks, and mushrooms in a bowl. Mix together pineapple juice, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, and garlic. Pour over kielbasa and vegetables; toss to coat. Alternate chunks on skewers. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning once or twice to cook evenly. |
