Kielbasa Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 Polska or turkey kielbasa ring
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained; reserve juice
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 (8-ounce) package whole mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon crushed garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Instructions


    unks. Add pineapple, pepper chunks, and mushrooms in a bowl. Mix together pineapple juice, vinegar, oil, soy sauce, and garlic. Pour over kielbasa and vegetables; toss to coat.
    Alternate chunks on skewers. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning once or twice to cook evenly.
