Baby Back Barbecue Ribs

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 to 3 racks baby back ribs

1 (14-ounce) bottle ketchup

6 tablespoons brown sugar

1 small onion, chopped

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 clove garlic, minced

4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

INSTRUCTIONS |
Bake ribs at 400º for one hour; drain fat. Combine ketchup, brown sugar, onion, celery salt, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for 15 minutes. Reserve some sauce for serving with ribs; pour remaining sauce over baked ribs. Cover and bake three more hours at 375º. Turn ribs over the last hour of baking. Grilling method: grill ribs over indirect heat for three hours, turning every hour and basting with sauce. |
