Bride’s Pink Punch

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (3-ounce) package strawberry gelatin

1 cup boiling water

1 (0.13-ounce) package strawberry Kool-Aid

2 quarts cold water

2 1/2 cups sugar

1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice

1 (10-ounce) bottle 7-Up
-
2 quarts pineapple sherbet

INSTRUCTIONS |
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Dissolve drink mix in cold water; add sugar. Stir well. Add pineapple juice and gelatin; refrigerate. Add 7-Up and sherbet just before serving. Makes 35 servings. |
