- 2 pounds beef, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup red cooking wine

1 small onion, chopped

1 can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 package dry onion soup mix

INSTRUCTIONS |
1 tablespoon minced garlic Combine all ingredients in a cast-iron pot. Cover and cook in oven at 250ยบ for 4 to 5 hours or until done and tender. |
