Stuffed Burgers

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 pounds ground beef

4 small green onions, chopped

1 small tomato, diced
-
1 cup Italian dressing
-
1 small whole dill pickle, diced
-
Cheese crackers, crushed
-
Pepper Jack or Cheddar cheese slices

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix all ingredients, except cheese slices, adding enough crackers to hold burgers together. Form meat into patties, place on grill, and cook until done. Melt a piece of pepper Jack or Cheddar cheese on top of each burger. Place each on a bun and add lettuce if desired. Garnish with your choice of condiments. |
