Stuffed Burgers

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef
4 small green onions, chopped
1 small tomato, diced
1 cup Italian dressing
1 small whole dill pickle, diced
Cheese crackers, crushed
Pepper Jack or Cheddar cheese slices
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except cheese slices, adding enough crackers to hold burgers
together. Form meat into patties, place on grill, and cook until done. Melt a piece of pepper Jack or Cheddar cheese on top of each burger. Place each on a bun and add lettuce if desired. Garnish with your choice of condiments.
