Sweet Potato Rollups

INGREDIENTS |
- 3 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed

1/2 stick butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 (8-ounce) tubes refrigerated crescent rolls

1 1/2 sticks buttter
-
1 1/2 cups water
-
1 1/2 cups sugar

INSTRUCTIONS |
Add 1/2 stick of butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to hot mashed sweet potatoes; mix well. Grease a 9-x-13-inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spoon a teaspoon of mixture into each roll. Roll up crescents and place into dish. In a pan, add 11/2 sticks butter, water, and sugar and bring to a boil. Pour over crescent rolls and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Bake about 25 minutes or until brown. |
