INGREDIENTS |
- 10 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated

2 slices toast, crushed

1 stick butter, melted

2 teaspoons parsley flakes

Dash of garlic salt

2 pounds skinless chicken
|
INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix cheese, toast crumbs, parsley flakes, and garlic salt. Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with cheese mixture. Place in an aluminum foil-lined pan; do not cover. Drizzle remaining butter over top. Bake at 350° for one hour. |
