Cheddar Cheese Baked Chicken

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 slices toast, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • Dash of garlic salt
  • 2 pounds skinless chicken

Instructions


Mix cheese, toast crumbs, parsley flakes, and garlic salt. Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with cheese mixture. Place in an aluminum foil-lined pan; do not cover. Drizzle remaining butter over top. Bake at 350° for one hour.
