Garlic Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS |
- 6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1/2 to 1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon pickle relish
-
1 onion, chopped
-
1 clove garlic, minced

1/8 teaspoon salt
-
Paprika for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS |
Slice eggs in half, lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In a mixing bowl, combine yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, onion, garlic, and salt. Mix well. Fill whites with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Yield: 12 deviled eggs. |
