Garlic Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle relish
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions


Slice eggs in half, lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside. In a mixing bowl, combine yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, relish, onion, garlic, and salt. Mix well. Fill whites with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
Yield: 12 deviled eggs.
