Caramel-Mallow Sauce

INGREDIENTS |
- 15 cellophane-wrapped caramels

½ cup milk
-
14 large marshmallows
-
1 tablespoon butter
-
¼ teaspoon burnt sugar flavoring (optional)

¼ teaspoon butter flavoring (optional)
-
Dash of salt

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is melted into a smooth sauce. Use over ice cream, white cake, or spice cake. Store sauce in refrigerator.
