Steaks with Cucumber Sauce

INGREDIENTS |
- 4 boneless New York strip steaks

¾ cup teriyaki sauce
-
½ cup peeled, seeded, and chopped cucumber
-
½ cup sour cream
-
½ cup mayonnaise
-
1 tablespoon minced chives
-
½ to 1 teaspoon dill weed
-
¼ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS |
Place steaks in a large, resealable plastic bag. Add teriyaki sauce. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight. In a bowl, combine cucumber, sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, dill, and salt. Cover and place in refrigerator. Drain and discard marinade. Grill steaks, uncovered, over medium-high heat for four to five minutes on each side. Serve with cucumber sauce. Yield: Four servings.
