| INGREDIENTS |
- 1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup sugar

1 egg

1 cup raisins

2 cups crispy rice cereal

1 cup salted peanuts, coarsely chopped

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup light corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

11/3 cups finely shredded sweetened coconut

| INSTRUCTIONS |
| Whisking constantly, combine butter, sugar, and egg in a heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add raisins to butter mixture. Continue to cook and whisk for about 10 minutes, mashing as raisins soften. Remove from heat; stir in cereal, peanuts, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla. |
