Meats & Seafood - Lamb Supper in a Skillet



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups cubed, cooked lamb
  • 1 cup French-style green beans
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 3 medium potatoes, quartered
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large cast-iron skillet, sauté onions in olive oil until tender. Add cubed lamb, green beans, green peas, and potatoes, distributing evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste; sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to one hour.
