Appetizers - Orange Pecan Cookies



INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups gingersnap crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon orange flavoring

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a serving platter.
