Strawberry Pound Cake Delight

| INGREDIENTS |
- 1 box strawberry-flavored cake mix
-
1 small package vanilla instant pudding mix

4 eggs
-
1 cup water
-
1/3 cup vegetable oil

| INSTRUCTIONS |
Preheat oven to 325ยบ. Grease and flour 10-inch bundt or tube pan. Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs, water, and oil; beat at medium speed for two minutes. Pour into pan and bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes; invert onto plate.
Topping:
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
2 small containers yogurt with real strawberries in bottom
1 small container whipped topping
Place softened cream cheese in large bowl; stir in yogurt until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Serve over slices of Strawberry Pound Cake. |
