Meats & Seafood - Pork Chop Casserole



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 (15-ounce) can whole tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 (16-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (3-ounce) can French fried onions

INSTRUCTIONS
Brown chops in oil; set aside. In skillet, combine remaining ingredients except onions; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup onions. Place mixture in a 9-x-13-inch dish. Arrange chops on top. Cover and bake at 350ยบ for 35 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining onions; bake an additional 10 minutes.
