Indoor S’mores

- 8 cups Golden Grahams cereal

5 cups miniature marshmallows

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

1/4 cup light corn syrup

5 tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS |
Butter or spray 13-x-9-x-2-inch pan. Measure cereal into large bowl. Microwave 5 cups miniature marshmallows, chocolate chips, corn syrup, and butter in large, uncovered bowl on high for two or three minutes, stirring after each minute, or until mixture is smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal in bowl; quickly toss until evenly coated. Stir in 1 cup miniature marshmallows. Press mixture in pan. Let stand, uncovered, for at least an hour. Cut into 36 bars. Store, loosely covered, at room temperature for up to two days. |
