Meats & Seafood - Bar-B-Q Shrimp



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 dozen jumbo unpeeled shrimp
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound butter or margarine (not whipped)
  • 1/2 large bottle Italian dressing

INSTRUCTIONS
Place unpeeled shrimp in 12-x-9-x-2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle well with pepper. Combine melted butter or margarine and Italian dressing; pour mixture over shrimp.
Bake for five minutes at 350°. Turn shrimp and bake another five minutes; turn shrimp again and cook five minutes under broiler. Peel shrimp before serving.
Dip shrimp, along with hot French bread, in sauce created during the baking and broiling process.
