Sauces and Marinades - Marinade for Beef



INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup red or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 sirloin tip roast

INSTRUCTIONS
For marinade, combine first nine ingredients. Pour over beef, reserving some marinade for basting. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Grill beef using reserved marinade as a basting sauce.
