Desserts - Spring Green Dessert

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping, divided
  • 2 (3-ounce) packages pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 3 cups milk

Mix together flour, butter, and pecans. Press into a 9-x-13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust. Combine pudding mix and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Before serving, spread 1 cup whipped topping over dessert.
