Desserts - Raisin Tarts



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pie pastry
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chopped raisins

INSTRUCTIONS
Line 12 muffin tins with pastry. Cream butter and sugar; add egg yolks and beat well. Add milk, vanilla, raisins, and nuts. Mix well.
Pour into pastry-lined muffin cups. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. If desired, top with meringue or whipped cream.
