Pancakes and Waffles - Maid Service Pancakes



INGREDIENTS
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 1 cup cream (or evaporated milk)
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs. Add milk, oil, cream, and yeast. Stir well, then add dry ingredients. Continue stirring until mixed well. Cover and set in refrigerator overnight. Pour batter in pancake shapes onto hot, greased griddle. Turn when partly cooked. Yields 60 pancakes.
