Crunch Romaine Salad Toss

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 bunch Romaine lettuce, chopped in bite-size pieces

1 bunch broccoli, chopped in bite-size pieces

3 green onions, chopped

1 package Ramen noodles, crumbled

1 cup pecans
-
10 chicken strips, deep-fried and chopped in bite-size pieces

Dressing:
-
4 tablespoons butter
-
1/2 cup vegetable oil
-
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
-
1/2 cup sugar
-
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
-
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS |
Combine lettuce, broccoli, onion, and chicken; set aside. In a saucepan, add butter, pecans, and noodles. Stir over medium heat until butter melts. Add oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until warm. Toss over salad mixture. |
