Rice-a-Rolly Balls

INGREDIENTS |
- 3 cups cooked rice

1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg
-
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS |
Mix all ingredients together. Wet your hands and pack mixture in 1 1/2-inch balls. Place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm. Serve plain or with spaghetti sauce for dipping. |
