Cheesy Green Onion Quiche

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (9-inch) pie pastry

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

3/4 cup (3 ounces) Cheddar cheese, shredded

3/4 cup (3 ounces) Swiss cheese

4 eggs, beaten
-
1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
-
1/2 cup half-and-half

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
-
3/4 teaspoon salt
-
1/8 teaspoon pepper
-
Dash of red pepper

INSTRUCTIONS |
Prick bottom of pastry with fork. Bake at 400° for three minutes. Remove from oven gently, prick with a fork, and bake five minutes longer. Sprinkle bacon and cheese over pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into shell; bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes. |
