Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS |
- 1 (10-ounce) package chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 clove garlic, chopped or minced

1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

INSTRUCTIONS |
To prepare in oven, preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
To prepare in microwave, mix all ingredients and spoon into microwave-safe pie plate. Microwave on medium power for seven to nine minutes, stirring every four minutes. Stir before serving.
To serve, transfer to a hollowed-out round bread loaf. Serve with chips, crackers, or pita bread triangles. |
