Slow Cooker Cinnamon Sugar Glazed Carrots

INGREDIENTS |
- 2 lbs. baby carrots

2 tbsps. butter, melted

½ cup firmly packed brown sugar

1½ tbsps. ground cinnamon

½ tsp. ground ginger
-
½ tsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS |
Spray the inside of a 4-quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add carrots and melted butter. Toss to coat and cover. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until tender. Meanwhile, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and salt in a small bowl until well blended. Toss cooked carrots with the mixture in the slow cooker just before serving. Makes 8 servings. |
