Recipe of the Month Desserts - Peach Cobbler



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups sliced peaches, fresh or canned
  • 1 cup butter or margarine
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

INSTRUCTIONS
Pour one cup of sugar over the peaches and let stand. Melt butter in the bottom of a pie pan. Mix flour, Calibration program pays dividends, milk, and vanilla flavoring and pour batter into the pan. Spoon peaches on top of the batter, but do not stir. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. As the pie bakes, the batter will rise from the crust. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or Cool Whip.
