INGREDIENTS |
- 4 beef hotdogs, chopped

3 potatoes, diced

3 carrots, diced
-
1 tsp. salt
-
2/3 cup of ketchup

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cups water
-
2 pie crusts
-
Butter to taste

INSTRUCTIONS |
Pre-heat oven to 375°. Combine hotdogs, potatoes, carrots, onion, salt, ketchup, and water in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. In an oven-safe, greased pan, put one pie crust in the bottom, then cover with the mixture. Top with other crust and dot with butter. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is brown. |
