Salads - Orange Pineapple Salad



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (6 ounce) box orange gelatin mix
  • 1 (12 ounce) cottage cheese
  • 1 (20 ounce) crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 ounce) can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 (8 ounce) non-dairy whipped topping

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cottage cheese and gelatin mix. Drain oranges, and add to mixture.
(Save 10 orange segments for garnish.) Add pineapple and orange slices
to cottage cheese-gelatin mixture. Add whipped topping. Garnish and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
