Corn Pudding

INGREDIENTS |
- 3 tbsp. flour

3 eggs, beaten

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

Salt to taste

1 cup reduced-fat milk
-
2 (10-oz.) packages frozen corn, thawed

2 tbsp. melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS |
Preheated oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and salt together with wire whip. Add milk, and mix until thoroughly blended; add corn. Fold in butter. Pour into greased 1½ quart baking dish. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until set. Tip: Prepare this dish the night before; just mix ingredients together and place in refrigerator. Before baking, stir ingredients well. |
