INGREDIENTS |
- 2 small boxes sugar-free lime Jello (or any flavor you like)

½ cup boiling water

2 (8 ounce) cartons Key Lime low fat yogurt (or any flavor you like)

1 (12 ounce) container

Cool Whip Lite

Reduced fat graham cracker pie crust

INSTRUCTIONS |
Dissolve Jello completely in boiling water. Add yogurt to Jello mixture and stir quickly to mix thoroughly. Fold in Cool Whip and gently stir until well blended. If desired, add a packet or two of Splenda for a sweeter pie. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and chill for several hours or until set. This makes a quick and easy light dessert. |
